Qualifications

• 3+ лет коммерческой разработки (NET / Java / Python).
• 1+ год руководства кросс-функциональной командой.
• Понимание микросервисной архитектуры: REST / gRPC, RabbitMQ / Kafka.
• Опыт работы с observability: логирование, метрики, трейсы (ELK, Grafana, DataDog и т.п.).
• Гибкие методологии (Scrum / Kanban).
• Будет плюсом: frontend (React) и мобильная разработка (React Native); знание QA и тестирования.

Responsibilities

• Руководить кросс-функциональной командой из 7–10 инженеров (бэкенд, фронтенд, QA, AQA).
• Обеспечить доставку фич от требований до релиза.
• Управлять процессами разработки: планирование спринтов, оценка, decomposition, DoR/DoD.
• Участвовать в проектировании и технических решениях.
• Обеспечивать надежность сервисов: мониторинг, алерты, разбор инцидентов, постмортемы.
• Сотрудничать с PM по приоритизации бэклога.

Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world. We are looking for Engineering Manager.

Задачи:

• Lead a cross-functional team of 7-10 engineers (backend, frontend, QA, AQA)
• Own end-to-end feature delivery, from requirements to release
• Run the team's development process: sprint planning, estimation, decomposition, DoR/DoD
• Take part in feature design and technical decision-making
• Ensure the reliability of the team's services: monitoring, alerting, incident reviews, postmortems
• Partner with the Product Manager on backlog prioritization

Требования:

• 3+ years of commercial development experience (.NET / Java / Python)
• 1+ year of experience leading a cross-functional team
• Understanding of microservice architecture: REST / gRPC, RabbitMQ / Kafka
