Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ seeks a Database Administrator/IT Manager in Whippany, NJ, to oversee the CRM and data management, ensuring accuracy, security, and strategic use of Blackbaud donor data to support fundraising and reporting.

Under CFO supervision, you will lead daily CRM operations, drive a migration from Blackbaud CRM to Raisers Edge NXT, coordinate with an external IT vendor, and mentor staff to uphold data standards and privacy, while enabling informed

Qualifications

• Real world CRM/database experience is essential and documented.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools and data privacy best practices.
• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising data workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM operations, data entry workflows, and reporting for fundraising.
• Lead data standards, privacy compliance, and year-end processing.
• Manage system enhancements, integrations, and vendor coordination.
• Support event and donor-care data needs and analytics.
