Job summary

Knights of Columbus is seeking a Senior CRM Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain CRM deployments across multiple environments. You will collaborate with architecture, UX, and business teams to modernize processes using PowerApps and Dynamics 365.

The role requires hands-on D365/CRM and Power Platform expertise, with experience in API integration, Dataverse, and Azure. On-call work may be required in this mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and 6+ years CRM experience.
• Hands-on development with D365/CRM and Power Platform preferred.
• Strong problem solving and independence in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain CRM deployments across environments.
• Collaborate with architecture, UX, and business teams to modernize processes.
• Create Power Apps, PoCs, and custom Dynamics features and flows.
• Document solutions and assist user guides for new apps.
• On-call and after-hours work may be required.
