Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a CRM Senior Manager to lead customer-centric marketing campaigns across retail channels. You will partner with Merchandising, Loyalty, Digital, Analytics, and IT to deliver data-driven, personalized experiences and measurable business impact.

This role requires ACC and AEM expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable CRM strategies while optimizing data flows and governance across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 4+ years in Marketing/CRM/Digital.
• Expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience building relationships across all organizational levels, incl. executives.
• Ability to drive CRM programs with data-driven insights and offshore team leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of CRM campaigns across retail channels.
• Acts as team expert on ACC and AEM; optimizes data flow for metrics.
• Partners with Merchandising, Loyalty, Digital, Analytics, and IT teams.
• Translates business objectives into scalable CRM strategies with measurable impact.
• Mentors on/offshore team members and fosters a diverse, inclusive workplace.
• Represents CRM in forums and vendor reviews; drives process improvements.
• Balances priorities across stakeholders and communicates CRM plans to leadership.
