Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a marketing operations professional to support CRM campaigns across email, mobile push, SMS, and other channels, focusing on execution, analysis, and optimization through A/B testing to improve engagement and retention.

The role collaborates with CRM Operations, Insights & Analytics, Creative, Legal, and Brand Marketing to translate business objectives into campaign requirements and measurable test-and-learn programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in promotions, marketing, retail, analytics, pricing, consumer packaged goods, insights, vendor collaboration, consumer research, inventory, category management and/or business analysis OR High school / GED and at least 4 years in these areas.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Performs and implements operational activities that impact key components of the Customer Loyalty & Insights function.
• Develops and executes high-profile plans/programs to enhance consumer awareness and market share.
• Analyzes results and trends to provide interpretation and actionable insights.
• Reviews alignment of strategies with assumed outcomes and recommends adjustments.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to improve workflow and deliver improved results.
• Mentors less experienced team members and participates in teaching/training as needed.
