Job summary

Acxiom seeks an Expert Decision Support Analyst to support GM’s Customer Engagement and Marketing teams by planning and executing personalized, cross-channel campaigns. You will work with stakeholders and vendors to translate business needs into scalable campaign solutions.

The role combines CRM, database marketing, and hands-on campaign operations across email, SMS, push, social, and web, with a focus on journey orchestration and data-driven targeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing technology, marketing operations, campaign management, CRM or related fields.
• Experience planning and executing 1:1 and omnichannel digital marketing programs across email, SMS, push, social, web.
• Experience gathering, translating, and documenting business, technical, data, and campaign requirements.
• Hands-on experience with segmentation, data mapping, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with marketing stakeholders on campaign strategy, audiences, data requirements, channels, timing, content, delivery, analytics, and measurement.
• Own or coordinate automated and ad hoc 1:1 marketing programs across email, SMS, push, social, web, and other channels.
• Transform traditional campaign plans into personalized, journey-based experiences through orchestration and audience logic.
• Configure and support campaign execution across Adobe Campaign v8, AEP, AJO, and other MarTech tools.
• Gather and document requirements; translate them into program logic, data mapping, and campaign specs.
• Partner on program architecture, system integrations, deployment planning, testing, and optimization.
• Apply data-quality and privacy practices to ensure compliant, high-quality customer communications.
