Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a senior Decision Support Analyst to partner with clients and internal teams, transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights, reporting, and business recommendations. The role combines analytics, reporting, BI, and consultative problem-solving to drive informed decisions and client success.

You will develop and maintain reporting solutions, validate marketing data, monitor campaign performance, and provide recommendations to improve data quality and outcomes

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced experience in marketing analytics, reporting, business intelligence, decision support, or a related data-focused field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, reconcile, profile, and interpret large datasets.
• Experience translating analytical findings into business recommendations and client-facing presentations.
• Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments.
• Proven experience building and supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding reporting, analytics, campaign management, and business intelligence solutions.
• Translate client business objectives into reporting, measurement, and analytical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, consultation, and issue resolution.
• Present findings, recommendations, and insights to both client and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
• Analyze large volumes of marketing, campaign, media, and customer data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop, maintain, validate, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Investigate data anomalies and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Support execution, monitoring, and analysis of marketing campaigns and reporting deliverables.
• Work within Adobe, iHub, GCP, BigQuery and other enterprise data environments to validate results.
