Acxiom is seeking an Expert Decision Support Analyst to support General Motors’ Customer Engagement and Marketing organizations. You will plan and execute personalized, cross-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, social, and web, partnering with a matrix of teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

The role combines CRM/database marketing excellence with hands-on campaign operations, journey orchestration, data mapping, and QA practices to ensure compliant, high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in marketing technology or operations.
• Experience with 1:1 and omnichannel campaigns.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience with journey orchestration and audience segmentation.
• Hands-on use of customer-level event data for personalization.

Responsabilités

• Consult with marketing stakeholders on campaign strategy, audiences, data requirements, channels, timing, content, delivery, analytics and measurement.
• Own or coordinate automated and ad hoc 1:1 programs across email, SMS, push, social, web and other channels.
• Transform campaigns into personalized, journey-based experiences through orchestration, user-flow design and audience logic.
• Configure and support campaign execution across Adobe Campaign, AEP, and AJO, among other MarTech tools.
• Gather and document requirements; translate them into program logic, data mapping and campaign specs.
• Coordinate with Activation, Marketing Operations, GMIT, agencies, vendors and fulfillment teams on architecture and testing.
