Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a high-impact Decision Support Analyst to partner with clients and internal teams, transforming complex marketing and customer data into actionable insights and reporting solutions. The role combines analytics, reporting, and consultative problem-solving to drive data-driven decisions and client success.

You will develop and maintain reporting solutions, validate data, monitor campaign performance, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes across platforms

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination.
• Advanced experience in marketing analytics, reporting, BI, decision support or related data fields.
• Ability to analyze, profile, reconcile, and interpret large datasets.
• Experience translating analytical findings into client-facing recommendations and presentations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments.
• Proven experience building recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding reporting, analytics, campaign management, and BI solutions.
• Translate client objectives into reporting, measurement, and analytical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Present findings, recommendations, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Analyze marketing, campaign, and customer data to identify trends and business insights.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Validate outputs to ensure accuracy, SLA adherence, and data quality.
• Support production operations, change management, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate across Adobe, iHub, GCP, BigQuery and other data environments.
