Job summary

Acxiom seeks a senior Decision Support Analyst to transform complex marketing and customer data into actionable insights and reporting solutions. You will partner with clients and internal teams, validate data, monitor campaign performance, and deliver high-quality BI outputs across Adobe, iHub, GCP, and BigQuery.

You will translate business objectives into metrics, present findings to stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts while improving data workflows and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced experience in marketing analytics, reporting, BI, decision support, or related data-focused field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, reconcile, profile, and interpret large datasets.
• Experience translating analytical findings into business recommendations and client-facing presentations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments.
• Proven experience building and supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client contact for reporting, analytics, campaign management, and BI solutions.
• Translate client objectives into reporting, measurement, and analytical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Present findings and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high quality and accuracy.
• Analyze large volumes of marketing and campaign data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.
• Support execution, monitoring, and analysis of marketing campaigns and reporting deliverables.
• Work within Adobe, iHub, GCP, BigQuery and other data environments to validate results.
• Drive process improvements and mentor analysts.
