Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced experience in marketing analytics, reporting, BI, decision support, or a related data-focused field.
• Experience translating analytical findings into business recommendations and client-facing presentations.
• Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to transform marketing, media, campaign, and customer data into insights and reporting solutions.
• Develop, maintain, validate, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reporting and BI solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights; measure campaign effectiveness and data quality.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex data, reporting, and application issues; assist with campaign management and audits.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements across data workflows and reporting processes.
• Work across Adobe, iHub, GCP, BigQuery, and other enterprise data environments to validate results.
