Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College seeks a CRM Senior Solutions Architect to design and develop enterprise‑level CRM software using Salesforce technologies. The role focuses on cloud-based solutions, data integration, upgrades, and automated processes to enable multiple departments to access CNM's CRM system.

You will be the technical architect and senior developer for the global CRM design and implementation, overseeing integration with other enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related work experience.
• Two (2) years of development experience on a Salesforce platform if highly recommended.
• At least one (1) year of programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Guides and supports CRM team members and student employees in coordinating tasks and projects.
• Designs and implements technical solutions meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Provides top-tier support for CRM applications ensuring SLA adherence.
• Collaborates with Development, Infrastructure, and PMO to craft scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Leads development with high-quality code, standards, and governance.
