Job summary

Massive Rocket is seeking a Principal CRM Consultant to lead high-impact CRM work for top clients. You will guide technical and strategic CRM initiatives, shaping frameworks, IP, and best practices used across the delivery team.

This is a long-term senior specialist role with a focus on deep expertise, not people management. You'll mostly handle client work as the senior technical lead on one or two accounts, while influencing the broader CRM practice.

Qualifications

• Proven measurable revenue or retention growth from CRM work.
• Hands-on craft writing SQL segmentation and Liquid personalization.
• Live Braze projects or equivalent platform experience.
• Experience delivering for multiple brands in an agency setting.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-suite).
• Mentoring and training others.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical and strategic CRM problems and own quality on your accounts.
• Lead CRM strategy and design with a focus on measurability and business impact.
• Craft training materials, playbooks and IP used by the team.
• Manage multi-client engagements and balance competing priorities without compromising quality.
• Present results and recommendations to executives and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Project Management and Sales to scope engagements.
