Job summary

Massive Rocket is a rapidly scaling Braze and Snowflake agency seeking a Principal CRM Consultant. You will lead high‑quality CRM work, train teams, and develop IP and frameworks used across the delivery organization.

You’ll drive client value through data‑driven insights, end‑to‑end CRM architectures, and leadership across accounts. You will spend most time on client work as the senior technical and strategic lead, partnering with Account Management, Project Management, Sales, and executives to

Qualifications

• Must show measurable revenue or retention impact.
• Hands-on craft: SQL segmentation and journey design.
• Deep platform expertise: Braze with live project experience.
• Multi-client agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to train others and create reusable frameworks.
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-suite).
