Job summary

Talently is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM, Email & SMS Activation to lead revenue-driven campaigns across email and SMS channels in a hybrid role in Westerville, Ohio. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric experiences and measurable business results.

You will own campaign activation end-to-end, translate strategies into targeting, timing, and personalization, and drive optimization through testing and rigorous measurement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience executing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and outcomes through CRM channels.
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, deliverability, and customer experience.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into improvements.
• Experience coordinating with CRM Ops in a matrix organization.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue performance across email and SMS, monitoring results and acting on opportunities and risks.
• Lead end-to-end campaign activation from intake through approvals and launch.
• Partner with CRM Strategy and Operations on campaign builds, QA, deployment, and optimization.
• Translate campaign strategies into audience, personalization, timing, channel, and measurement requirements.
• Collaborate with data and strategy teams to define targeting and segmentation.
• Analyze campaign results: revenue, conversion, CTR, opt-out, deliverability.
• Lead A/B testing and turn insights into recommendations for future campaigns.
• Maintain campaign standards, docs, and playbooks while improving workflows.
