Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• 5–10 years of progressive project engineering experience in commercial real estate or corporate facilities.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery of critical facilities services to the assigned portfolio per policies and contract scope.
• Conducting field work including onsite electrical equipment assessments and setting power meters.
• Supporting technical and engineering aspects from initiation to closeout with detailed scopes, schedules and budgets.
• Processing and validating device installations in the DCIM platform and tracking assets.
• Reviewing design documents for accuracy and code compliance; coordinating site inspections.
• Managing Building Management Systems (BMS) and monitoring power, cooling, and rack utilization.
