Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead Operating Engineer to oversee the safe, reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems in a mission-critical facility. You will lead a team, manage uptime targets, and serve as the shift technical authority for critical infrastructure.

The role requires 5+ years in related trade experience, proficiency with BMS/EPMS platforms, and strong leadership abilities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; apprentice or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial/critical facilities.
• Experience with BMS/EPMS platforms and CMMS is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, CRAC/CRAH, chillers, BMS/EPMS).
• Supervise a team of operating engineers and ensure on-time completion of tasks.
• Respond to incidents with root cause analysis and lead resolution.
