Job summary

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and a Michigan credential (LMSW/LPC/LP/LLP). At least three years of relevant experience and leadership exposure are needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• State of Michigan credential required (e.g., LMSW, LPC, LP, LLP).
• Minimum of three years of work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• One year in a lead or progressively more responsible position.

Responsibilities

• Administers, coordinates, and provides leadership and supervision for a multi-disciplinary team serving triage for psychiatric emergencies.
• Supervises Crisis Services, Crisis Mobile, and 911 Dispatch Crisis Mobile.
• Participates in program planning, data collection/analysis, and policy/procedure development.
• Coordinates across program units and departments and ensures alignment with CMHA-CEI’s mission and policies.
• May participate in a management 24-hour on-call system, including holidays and weekends.
