Responsibilities: Under the direction of Adult Mental Health Services Supervisor, administers, coordinates, and provides leadership and supervision for a multi-disciplinary team of professional and paraprofessional staff serving triage for persons experiencing a psychiatric emergency. This position supervises Crisis Services, Crisis Mobile, and 911 Dispatch Crisis Mobile. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: clinical and administrative supervision of crisis services and crisis mobile, some direct services to consumers, consultation and participation in program planning and coordination across program units and departments (e.g., Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled, Families Forward), data collection and analysis, development of policy and procedures, and other administrative duties. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.
Requirements:Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university required. Possession of an appropriate State of Michigan credential required, (E.g: LMSW, LPC, LP, LLP) . A minimum of three years of work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. One-year workexperience in a lead position or progressively more responsible position is required. Ability to communicateaccurately and effectively both in writing and verbally is required. Must be familiar with computers. Must bephysically able to access CMHA-CEI & Community Facilities. Possession of a valid Michigan driver’s licenseand access to reliable transportation for job related use required. May be required to participate in a management 24-hour on call system, may include holidays and weekends.
Conditional Employment Requirements:Employment offers for this position will be contingent upon the results a background verification and credentialing procedure consisting of: Michigan State Police clearance check, pass a Central Registry Screening, verification of a professional license, Medicaid/Medicare verification, verification of an acceptable driving record, educational background check and verification of an acceptable work history. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Salary/Hours: Starting hourly rate of $37.78-$42.19 per hour, with scheduled annual increases that result in an hourly rate of $51.00 per hour..40 hours per week. Regular Full-Time.
