Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field required.
• State credential (e.g., LMSW, LLP, LP, LPC, etc.) required.
• Minimum four (4) years of progressively more responsible clinical experience.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership to assigned units and supervise operations.
• Collaborate with State partners to represent program needs and operational impacts.
• Use data, service trends and outcomes to guide improvements and strengthen service delivery.
• Develop and maintain programs; collaborate with community partners; formulate policies and procedures.
• Oversee related grants and initiatives and ensure alignment with CMHA-CEI’s mission.
