Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Senior Analyst, Crew Pairing in Minneapolis, to analyze network plans and resource utilization, build decision-support tools, and develop crew pairing scenarios that optimize reliability and efficiency. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Planning teams to translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related quantitative field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 2-5 years of relevant analytical, airline, operations, finance, planning, or optimization experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, data validation, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and meet applicable employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight schedules, network plans, operational processes, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain models, forecasts, dashboards, KPI reports, and decision-support tools.
• Develop and evaluate crew pairing scenarios that balance operational reliability, resource utilization, and crew quality of life.
• Assess financial and operational impacts associated with schedule, fleet, staffing, and process changes.
• Partner with Network Planning, Operations, Crew Planning, Flight Operations, Inflight, Ground Operations, Revenue Management, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
• Support implementation of approved recommendations, measure outcomes, and communicate results to stakeholders.
