Job summary

Sun Country Airlines, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is seeking a Crew Scheduler to ensure flight crew safety, legality, and schedule compliance under 14 CFR 121. The role will maintain crew duty/rest records, coordinate with crew members, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compiles duty rosters of flight crews and maintains records of crewmembers' flying time for scheduled flights.
• Posts names of crewmembers on reserve list and notifies replacements when needed.
• Selects replacements from reserve list and communicates with crew members.
• Computes and logs cumulative flight time and enforces time limits per FAA rules.
• Answers calls from crew members and provides scheduling information daily.
• Handles confidential and time-sensitive material and supports other management duties.
