Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field (or 12+ years equivalent).
• 10+ years in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting and risk management.
• Experience with specialized industries and complex credit agreements.

Mansioni

• Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of highly complex credit transactions.
• Proactively monitor portfolio risk and identify industry trends.
• Engage with sales and senior leadership to support negotiations and deal execution.
• Negotiate and structure credit agreements with clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior credit professionals and promote best practices.
