Qualifications

10+ years in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting, portfolio management.
Experience advising senior executives and managing complex credit negotiations.
Strong understanding of macroeconomic factors affecting credit risk.
Familiarity with loan agreements and legal documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead the structuring and underwriting of highly complex credit transactions.
Monitor portfolio risk and advise on credit strategy.
Engage with sales, senior leadership, and clients on deal execution.
