Responsibilities

Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of highly complex credit transactions with assigned vertical/region.
Monitor portfolio risk and identify industry trends affecting credit quality.
Engage with sales and senior leadership to support negotiations and deal execution.
Negotiate credit agreements with clients, legal counsel, and internal teams.
Mentor junior credit professionals and promote best practices in underwriting and risk management.
Use independent judgement to manage the assigned portfolio and resolve issues.
