The role requires deep experience in credit analysis and portfolio management, with a focus on sustainable portfolio health and growth objectives within regulated framework.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field or 12+ years equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting, portfolio management and risk analysis.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence credit strategy and policy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of highly complex credit transactions.
• Proactively monitor portfolio risk and identify industry trends and economic factors.
• Engage with RMs and senior leadership on credit negotiations and deal execution.
• Negotiate credit agreements with clients, legal counsel, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior credit professionals and promote best practices in risk management.
