Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Experience with loan servicing, SBA lending, or credit risk monitoring is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor borrower performance and deviations from agreements.
• Assess client credit risk in collaboration with Loan Officer.
• Perform financial, operational, valuation, underwriting analyses.
• Interact with management and ensure loan docs meet SBA SOPs.
• Process loan payments and assist with SBA reporting.
• Maintain loan tracking records and respond to borrower inquiries.
