Qualifications

• 5+ years with portfolio stress testing and scenario analysis.
• 5+ years of data analysis tools experience (SQL/Python/SAS/Excel).
• Familiarity with regional banking dynamics and customer segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of credit risk models tailored to regional markets.
• Oversee ACL governance and CECL compliance documentation.
• Manage portfolio stress testing design, execution, and reporting to leadership and regulators.
• Analyze loan portfolio performance and identify emerging risks across segments.
• Provide insights to underwriting, loan review, and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with IT/data teams to ensure data integrity for analytics.
• Present findings to executives and cross-functional oversight.
• Mentor a team of credit analysts and data professionals.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal/external reviewers for transparency and compliance.
