Félix is seeking a Product Lead for Acquisition and Activation to steer growth across consumer lending products. You will own end-to-end journeys for acquiring new-to-Félix users and optimize first-loan conversions, balancing rapid origination growth with credit quality and unit economics.

You will partner with Marketing, Risk, Credit and Compliance to ensure robust risk controls. You will lead a cross-functional pod of engineering, design, and data, drive experiments, and oversee AI-driven

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in product or growth management, with fintech focus.
• Experience leading high-velocity growth pods.
• Growth & experimentation mastery in acquisition and activation.
• Hands-on product discovery and agile delivery.
• Bilingual: English required; Spanish nice-to-have.
• High agency, extreme ownership and autonomous work.
• Strong systems thinking and risk-aware decision making.
• AI supervision and quality control for outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Set Growth Direction & Strategy: Define the short-, medium-, and long-term strategy, OKRs, squad priorities, and roadmap for consumer lending acquisition and activation.
• Own Acquisition & Activation Loops: Design, test, and scale growth loops that attract new users, maximize first-time borrower conversion, and drive progression to a second loan across all lending offerings.
• Lead Discovery & Experimentation: Combine rigorous user research, funnel and cohort analysis, and unit economics to prioritize opportunities, launch continuous experiments, and scale winning tactics.
• Lead the Pod: Provide clear direction, foster delivery excellence, and cultivate deep ownership and judgment across your cross-functional engineering, design, and data pod.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Platform teams, ensuring rigorous risk controls and clean handoffs to Retention.
• Address Funnel & Measurement Barriers: Establish robust funnel analytics to track new vs. existing user loan journeys separately, diagnose and remove friction at every step.
• Supervise AI Integration: Leverage AI tools with high accountability to accelerate product discovery, data analysis, and prototyping with quality checks.
