Job summary

Félix is building a conversational, AI-powered financial platform for the Latino community in the US. We are hiring a product designer to own credit-related interfaces, from borrowing flows to disclosures, in a fast-moving, async-first environment.

You will collaborate with a lead credit designer and Credit PM to shape experiences across chat and native mobile apps. You will research, present, and prototype concepts, balance usability with risk, and help scale the design system while maintaining

Qualifications

4+ years designing consumer products with a high bar for craft.
Native or near-native Spanish and advanced English.
Deep Figma fluency with at least two mobile products shipped end to end.

Responsibilities

Widen credit access for underserved users and own the borrowing flow, disclosures, repayment, and history.
Design for a conversational, AI-native medium within a chat context and on native apps.
Treat compliance as a design material, aligning with legal and risk requirements.
Ground decisions in evidence via evaluative testing and lightweight discovery with PMs.
Keep Credit feeling like Félix, ensuring a single coherent experience across products.
Shape the design team and processes, influencing hiring, critique, and design system growth.
