Job summary

Félix is a fast-growing fintech company building a cross-border financial platform for Latinos in the US. We focus on AI-driven lending, remittances, and wallet services with a white-glove experience.

The Product Lead for Acquisition and Activation will own growth loops, loan funnels, and measurement frameworks across lending products. You will partner with Marketing, Risk, Credit, and Compliance to drive scalable origination growth while maintaining credit quality and unit economics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product or growth management, fintech focus preferred.
• Proven track record leading high-velocity growth pods.
• Experience with consumer lending or credit products is a plus.
• Ability to communicate concisely and document product decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategy and squad priorities for consumer lending acquisition and activation.
• Design, test, and scale acquisition loops to drive first loans and progression to second loan.
• Lead discovery using user research, funnel analysis, and unit economics to prioritize opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, design, and data pod with clear direction.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Platform teams to ensure risk controls.
• Establish robust funnel analytics and address barriers across new vs. existing users.
• Supervise AI integration with governance and quality checks.
