Job summary

Félix, a high-growth fintech in the US, seeks a Product Lead for Acquisition and Activation to own cross-functional growth for consumer lending. You will own the end-to-end journey for new-to-Félix users, optimize first-loan conversion, and drive progression to second loans while maintaining strict credit quality and unit economics.

You will build measurement frameworks, run experiments, and partner across Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, and Operations to accelerate origination growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product or growth management, ideally fintech with consumer lending focus.
• Experience leading high-velocity growth pods in fintech or consumer lending is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a nice-to-have and beneficial for cross-border work.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and OKRs for acquisition and activation of consumer lending.
• Design, test, and scale growth loops to boost first-time borrower conversion and progression to second loan.
• Lead research, funnel analysis, and unit economics to identify opportunities and run experiments.
• Shape cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Platform teams.
• Oversee AI integration with governance and quality checks in product discovery and data analysis.
