Job summary

Citi in Atlanta seeks a senior Credit Portfolio Officer to lead credit review, approvals and monitoring of the portfolio. You will partner with Risk Management to identify credit migration and manage Citi's exposure globally.

The role requires 6–10 years in credit risk, proven ability to apply risk principles, and strong analytical and communication skills. You will use SAS in UNIX for risk analyses and prepare senior management presentations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in credit risk management or equivalent training and experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Develop framework for portfolio risk assessment across lending products and industries.
• Understand applicable credit policies and governance impacts on new partnerships or initiatives.
• Establish cross-functional partnerships with internal and external constituencies.
• Utilize SAS in UNIX to perform risk, financial and data analyses (profiling, sampling, forecasting, due diligence).
• Prepare risk management presentations for senior management with analytics on portfolio performance and risks/opportunities.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgement as SME to stakeholders.
