Job summary

Southwest Heritage Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Commercial Loans in Scottsdale to supervise credit information on current and prospective customers and to prepare credit presentations. Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of lending concepts, structures, practices and procedures.
• Experience with SBA, USDA loan programs and credit write-ups.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with lenders, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data from customers and prospects, analyzes financial information and requests additional data.
• Prepares Credit Presentations for new money requests and annual reviews.
• Develops accurate risk ratings and monitors loan portfolio for stress, recommending upgrades/downgrades.
• Ensures renewals and annual reviews are completed timely to avoid past dues.
• Oversees monitoring of covenants and compliance with loan agreements; documents violations.
• Coordinates with Lenders and Loan Operations to manage loan pipeline and processing.
• Represents the Bank in community functions to develop market position and business.
