Fidem Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst, Credit Card Analytics & Portfolio Strategy to join our team in Philadelphia with a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on portfolio performance, analytics, and strategic decision‑making across finance, risk, and operations.

You will build financial models, deliver dashboards, analyze trends, and partner with business leaders to optimize pricing, products, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in banking, credit cards, or consumer lending.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). SQL or Python experience a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Understanding of credit card P&L drivers, interchange, rewards, charge‑off dynamics, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey analytical findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in consumer lending and/or credit card portfolios, preferably within large financial institutions or major banks, is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and thrive in a fast‑paced, often changing and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit card performance metrics including acquisition, usage, delinquency and profitability trends.
• Develop actionable insights to optimize pricing, product features, and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasts and profitability.
• Prepare and automate dashboards and management reports with KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, risk, and operations to assess opportunities.
• Contribute to investment case development including sizing, cost-benefit, DCF, ROI and DDM.
• Identify inefficiencies in reporting and analytics processes and propose data-driven improvements.
