Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in audit/assurance, credit analysis, underwriting, corporate FP&A, or structured finance.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, lending, and credit strategy.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower financials and key performance trends.
• Build and maintain models to forecast borrower performance.
• Partner with underwriting and finance teams for new transactions.
• Ensure covenant compliance and timely reporting.
• Prepare internal memos and credit reports.
• Coordinate financial reporting and ongoing communication with clients.
• Collaborate across teams for streamlined analysis.
