CEN is seeking a Sr. Credit Analyst/Underwriter to perform financial analysis and underwriting of large, complex credits for institutional borrowers.

You will assess risk, monitor ongoing relationships, and mentor Analyst I & II under the Regional Manager's guidance. Responsibilities include generating financial spreads in the bank’s lending system, building cash flow models, drafting credit memos and annual reviews, and presenting at loan committees.

Formación

• Broad knowledge of accounting/finance with a four-year degree plus extensive experience.
• Experience supervising a small team and mentoring Analysts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Generate financial spreads and review spreads prepared by Analysts using financial statements.
• Create cash-flow models and credit analysis for borrowers.
• Draft credit memos and annual reviews per procedures.
• Attend loan committee meetings and present analysis when directed.
• Mentor Analysts I & II and oversee work quality and timeliness.
• Provide guidance and ensure compliance with bank policies.
