Responsibilities

• Lead credit analysts, ensuring timely and accurate analyses.
• Prepare concise financial analyses from lender data; assess trends and repayment capacity.
• Attend loan committee meetings to present and clarify credit requests.
• Supervise, train, and review credit analysts.
• Serve as a resource for loan documentation software.
• Monitor collateral positions and perform on-site inspections as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of credit information; perform other duties as assigned.
