Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial/corporate banking credit with financial analysis.
• Experience in underwriting, credit risk analysis, and closing of transactions.
• Proficient Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes client's financial performance against past results and industry benchmarks.
• Reviews financial statements, covenant compliance, and renews risk ratings.
• Supports underwriting and credit risk analysis, adhering to policies.
• Evaluates risk-adjusted profitability to guide capital allocation.
• Builds client projection models using historical data and forecasts.
• Trains and mentors credit analysts on requirements.
• Provides credit coverage for Banks, Broker Dealers, and Exchange Clients.
• Manages end-to-end credit approval process and workflow.
