Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Senior Credit Analyst to lead the credit analysis team across commercial, CRE, and consumer lending. You will mentor analysts, conduct rigorous financial analyses, and support loan decisioning with comprehensive risk assessments.

You’ll review financial statements, assess collateral values, and collaborate with the Chief Credit Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and strong credit governance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of credit analysis experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor interns and analysts.
• Proficient with MS Office and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and assess credit risk for commercial lending.
• Prepare analyses of complex loan requests and collateral.
• Conduct market and industry analyses.
