The role requires 5–7 years of credit analysis, a business/finance/accounting degree, and strong Excel skills. You’ll contribute to policy updates, ensure regulatory compliance, and support timely loan decisions in a collaborative bank

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of credit analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting preferred.
• Expertise with MS Office and financial statement spreading.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Knowledge of commercial banking policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and assess credit risks.
• Review borrower's financial statements including income statements, cash flow, balance sheets.
• Develop loan structures and monitor risk grades for loans.
• Mentor junior analysts and oversee loan reviews.
• Contribute to policy development and ensure regulatory compliance.
