Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to lead credit analysis for commercial, CRE, and consumer lending. You will mentor analysts, conduct financial reviews, and support loan review processes while ensuring compliance with policy and regulations.

You will analyze complex financial statements, prepare concise risk assessments, and collaborate with the Chief Credit Officer on lending decisions and risk management.

Formación

• 5-7 years prior credit analysis experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and credit software.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial statements and assess credit risk for commercial and consumer lending.
• Review borrower information, collateral, and cash flow to determine risk.
• Mentor junior analysts and support loan review processes.
• Prepare credit analyses and recommendations for the Chief Credit Officer.
• Support policy development and risk assessment activities.
