Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Merriam, KS is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to lead the credit analyst team and support commercial, CRE, and consumer lending departments. The role involves mentoring analysts, conducting credit investigations, financial analysis, and managing loan reviews under the Chief Credit Officer’s guidance.

Qualifications

5-7 years prior credit analysis experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Analyze financial statements and assess credit risks for commercial, CRE, and consumer lending.
Create comprehensive analyses of loan requests including income, cash flow, balance sheets, tax returns, and collateral reports.
Mentor and train junior credit analysts; provide guidance on risk grading.
Conduct market and industry analyses and contribute to policy and procedures.
Oversee project planning, assignment, monitoring, and results review for credit operations.
