Job summary

AgAmerica is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our fast-paced lending team. You will assist with collateral evaluation, credit risk analysis, and portfolio management of existing credits, interfacing with external clients to collect due diligence information and prepare credit packages for approval.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of lending and financial analysis. Remote or Lakeland, FL options offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Agriculture.
• 3+ years of credit analysis or portfolio management experience.
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to multi-task.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with collateral evaluation and credit risk analysis on loans.
• Interface with external clients to collect due diligence information.
• Prepare credit packages for submission for credit approval.
• Support portfolio management and ongoing credit monitoring.
• Contribute to pre-closing and closing processes as needed.
• Collaborate with Lending team to ensure policy compliance.
