Job summary

AgAmerica Lending LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our fast-paced lending team. This role supports collateral evaluation and credit risk analysis for all loans, interfaces with external clients for due diligence, and helps prepare credit packages for approval.

Reporting to Associate Director, Lending, the Senior Analyst will be detail-oriented, with strong communication, and adaptability to changing needs. A background in lending and financial analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Agriculture.
• 3+ years of commercial credit analysis or lending experience.
• Experience in agricultural or real estate lending preferred.
• Strong Excel and basic accounting knowledge; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze collateral data and borrower information.
• Coordinate due diligence with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare collateral appraisal requests and credit packages.
• Ensure credit policy compliance and proper risk rating.
• Clearly communicate findings during underwriting.
• Assist with pre-closing process and closing documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
