Job Title: Senior Credit Analyst

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will assist loan officers by assessing the financial condition and repayment capacity of business customers and helping prepare loan applications. You will analyze financial statements to identify strengths, weaknesses, and trends in borrowers' historical performance with attention to detail.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• A Day in the Life: Your focus will include analyzing large, complex borrowers and industries, completing credit applications accurately, including collateral analysis. You will maintain strong relationships with loan officers, collaborating to communicate financial information, explain industry-specific complexities, share market insights, and ensure policy compliance. You may also train team members and participate in loan committee meetings.

What it Takes:

• 5+ years in a commercial lending environment as a credit analyst, loan officer, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Knowledge of analyzing economic trends, proficiency in reading financial statements, and organizing tax returns.
• Skills in data analysis, organization, explanation, listening, time management, and coaching.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
