The Team

Our Operations team is rapidly growing. We seek Senior Credit Analysts to support our core verticals—Personal, Auto, or Home lending—based on business needs. This role requires excellent communication, analytical skills, and a customer service passion.

Position Location

This role is primarily remote, based in Columbus, OH (within a 60-mile radius). It operates on East/West Coast time zones. Travel is minimal; most work can be done remotely, with optional quarterly in-person sessions.

Impact Responsibilities

• Manage workflows ensuring smooth loan application processing.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience during verification.
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and complex tasks.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to solutions.
• Support pre- and post-origination efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• 1+ years in loan processing or related customer support roles.
• Experience handling complex customer communications.
• Review of tax forms, financial statements, credit reports, and lending concepts.
• Understanding of mortgage products, including HELOCs.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Fraud and BSA/AML practices.
• Critical thinking and documentation review skills.
• Experience with LOS systems like Vesta or Encompass.
• Strong organizational skills and customer focus.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex scenarios.

This is a Non-Exempt hourly position with overtime eligibility. The hourly rate in Columbus, OH is $25.48.
