Job Title: Senior Credit Analyst

Department: Accounts Receivable Governance

Reporting To: Corporate Credit Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Overview:

We seek a Senior Credit Analyst to manage credit risk, ensure financial stability, and support business growth. Responsibilities include performing daily credit checks, holds, and supporting Order-to-Cash functions such as credit, billing, collections, and cash applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform credit reviews for new clients, prepare scorecards, and recommend credit limits for management approval.
2. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to communicate credit decisions and policies.
3. Maintain organized and current client credit profiles and records.
4. Conduct monthly health checks on high-risk and credit stop clients.
5. Manage the daily credit override tracker and report monthly overrides to local offices.
6. Monitor daily credit hold activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
7. Escalate issues to the Credit Manager with documentation.
8. Balance supporting sales with adherence to financial policies and audit requirements.
9. Identify process improvements and technological opportunities.
10. Manage cases within the case management system.
11. Mentor and train team members and credit analysts.
12. Lead credit-related projects and presentations.

Qualifications:

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.

• Ability to meet deadlines and make informed decisions.
• Work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Adaptability to new ideas and methods.
• Data research, interpretation, and reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of SOX controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Credit Reporting Agencies (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet, Moody’s, CreditSafe), Wide Orbit Traffic (ERP), Payment Portal, Salesforce, and Boostr.
