Job summary

Mission Pet Health in Washington seeks a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our medical team. You will provide comprehensive patient care, administer treatments, monitor anesthesia, and perform lab work while supporting a collaborative hospital culture.

You will mentor teammates, educate clients on treatments, review medical records, and help our team maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. AVMA-accredited education and current licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• A calm and efficient approach, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments and monitoring anesthesia.
• Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Educate clients on treatments and review medical records.
