Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team in Washington. You will provide comprehensive patient care, including nursing, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, radiology, and lab work, while mentoring colleagues and collaborating with clients on treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• A calm and efficient approach, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments, monitor anesthesia, and perform lab work as part of patient care.
• Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and growth.
• Educate clients on treatments, review medical records, and answer questions.
• Support a positive hospital culture and contribute to staff development.
